Reviews and Ratings
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the resort itself is visually stunning and has potential, the management appears to be neglectful, leading to numerous inconveniences during my visit. The beach and pool area seemed crowded and poorly supervised, making it hard to enjoy what should have been a relaxing vacation. I had hoped for a more organized experience, given the hotel's reputation.
I had an unforgettable experience at the Lagoon Tower! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Though the dining is a bit pricey, the buffet and ice cream were worth it. Overall, it was a fantastic family vacation with beautiful scenery and plenty of activities, although my friends had a less enjoyable stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village due to crowding and limited pool access.
The resort was truly beautiful and spacious, making our family trip incredibly memorable. We appreciated the fantastic views from our room and enjoyed the various pools available for relaxation. However, we did face a minor hiccup with bedding upon arrival, which could have been better organized. Overall, it was a clean and welcoming place to stay, perfect for a fun family vacation.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village offers a mixture of great amenities and location with scenic views, making it an attractive spot for a family vacation. However, some aspects of the rooms feel dated and could use a refresh, while the dining options can be quite pricey. Overall, it’s a memorable experience, but the cost can add up quickly, especially for families.
The hotel has a great variety of facilities and activities to enjoy, which makes it a fun place for families. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a vacation, but the dining options were quite pricey, which is something to consider. The constant push for timeshare presentations felt unprofessional and detracted from the experience, but overall, it's a nice resort if you're ready to spend a bit extra.
